How efficient are the skylights?
We are proud to offer some of the most thermally efficient rooflights on the market. The triple-glazed glass used for our rooflights boasts a U-Value of just 0.6 W/m2K.
Do you offer bespoke sizes?
Yes we can supply bespoke skylights, these generally take 10 working days to manufacture. We would require your internal opening size and upstand size if already created.
Do you sell blinds to fit the skylights?
We do not sell blinds but these can be sourced from your local blind supplier or online.
Do you offer an installation service?
No, we do not provide a rooflight installation service. However, we do provide a handy installation guide with every order and are happy to answer any of your questions in regard to installation of our rooflights.
Can I collect my skylight?
Collection is available from our workshop in Christchurch, Dorset. Please call us before purchase to arrange a date and time.
Can I have next day delivery?
Yes we can offer next day delivery, please call us before the order is placed to see if this is possible in your area. We would need to receive the order before 12:00pm Monday – Friday.
What is the delivery time from order?
We aim to deliver all of our orders between 1-3 working days.
What warranty do you provide?
All of our skylights come with a 20 year guarantee for the sealed unit.
What is the weight of the glass?
To calculate the weight of the glass multiply the external measurements x 0.037. For example a 600mm x 600mm (internal) will be 800 x 800 x 0.037 = 23.68Kg.
What is the external size of the glass?
All of our glass is made in the same way so to get the external measurement just add 200mm to both measurements. For example a 1000mm x 1000mm externally would be 1200mm x 1200mm.
How is the skylight fixed to the timber kerb?
You will use a high quality silicone adhesive to fix the glass to the timber kerb. This will bond the glass to the kerb as well as create a water tight seal.
What size upstand do I need to make?
Your upstand needs to be 70mm x 80mm (width x height).
What size is the timber kerb supplied?
Our timber kerb is 70mm x 70mm.
What do the sizes you quote represent?
All of our advertised sizes are internal opening sizes (joist to joist internally)

Are your rooflights safe to walk on?
Even though all of our skylights are made with toughened glass throughout, it is not safe to walk on. if you require this option you need to purchase walk on glass.

How quickly will I receive my rooflight order?
We can offer free next day delivery to customers located within selected location zones – see our delivery page for further details. If you are not located within these zones, it should take between 3-5 working days to receive your order.
Do you offer free rooflight delivery?
We offer free next day delivery for customers at certain postcodes – see our delivery page to find out if you are eligible and for delivery costs for postcodes outside these areas.
Can I collect my rooflight?
Yes, if you wish to collect your rooflight order from us directly then we are more than happy to accommodate this. Simply let us know when you will be collecting and we will have your order ready for you at our base: Waterditch Farm, Waterditch Rd, Christchurch, BH23 7AA.

Our rooflights are available in a range of sizes, from 300x300mm to 1500x3000mm and everything in between.
Can you install my rooflight?
No, we do not provide a rooflight installation service. However, we do provide a handy installation guide with every order and are happy to answer any of your questions in regard to installation of our rooflights.
Do your rooflights open?
No, we only stock fixed, non-opening rooflights. This totally eliminates the change of potential leaks when installed correctly.
How can I best maintain my rooflights?
Our rooflights are incredibly easy to maintain and use self-cleaning glass technology to keep themselves free of dirt and mould. However, we suggest that you clean your rooflights manually every six months or so, avoiding the use of harsh chemicals and abrasive sponges.
